The Librarian

The world is in danger of being overrun by vampires, and the only person who can prevent it from happening is Flynn Carsen. Flynn travels to New Orleans, where he tries to undo a nefarious vampire plot and rescue a kidnapped Professor Lazlo with the help of a beautiful chanteuse, Simone Renoir.

Flynn is sent on a journey to uncover the fabled mines of King Solomon and a secret about his own family's past. He's joined by Emily Davenport, a woman whose academic skills surpass even his own.

When a brilliant student takes a job at the New York Public Library, he learns it actually involves safeguarding ancient mystic and historical treasures secretly warehoused there, protecting them from the forces of evil.
