Salem's Lot

Ben Mears the writer arrives back in Salem's Lot to write a story about the old Marsten house where he had a bad experience in his childhood. He meets Susan and young Danny Glick has a unexpected encounter in the woods. Straker arrives in town and prepares a antique store for opening to the public while waiting for his partner Barlow to arrive from out of town.

Ben Mears relationship with Susan intensifies then he finds out about the vampires and tries to stop them.
