The 20s: The Search for the Next Beachbody Super Trainer

Twenty fitness trainers arrive at the Hot House to meet host Dan Cortese and to audition one last time for a chance to compete; the trainers learn that only 11 of them will be moving into the Hot House, while the rest will be going home.

The fitness trainers run an obstacle course during which they are judged on endurance, form and speed; the trainers begin creating their own 20-minute workouts; the women spring a surprise on the men; romance blossoms.

Surprise guests teach the trainers how to lead a live class, focusing on choreography, musicality and cuing; a shocking announcement puts everyone on edge.

The trainers are divided into teams and judged on performance, personality and presentation during a challenge; the stakes are high as the winning team's workout will be featured on Beachbody On Demand.

The trainers head to Beachbody Headquarters in Santa Monica, Calif., to train with the legendary Super Trainers they idolize; each trainer must lead a crowd in an original workout; things heat up between two contestants.
