My Bubble Tea

Modem is a freelance creative director who believes there's no place in the world for an unattractive one.  One day, while rushing to a meeting, she encounters one BearBike driver.  They end up arguing over some misunderstanding.  Meanwhile, Auntie Shell is holding a birthday party for Modem.  According to a tradition of their magic milk tea family, Modem may choose one tea recipe which will help her succeed in the year to come.  She carelessly chooses Love, just right before she and that BearBike driver meet again.  

Modem drops the love potion onto Light, and he slowly falls madly in love with her.  He clings onto her so much that Modem gets annoyed.  Later on, Modem joins the meeting with the client.  That's when Modem meets her new boss and her arch-enemy from her schooldays, Ray.  

Modem finds Ray the presenter for the product she's working on.  They are still on bad terms and Ray doesn't let Modem have her way easily either on the presentation day or the shooting day, with help from Toom who is Ray's manager.  Ray gives Modem a hard time so much that Modem finally explodes.  

The Council of Magic threatens the family that they must find the magic pearls in seven days unless they want to get punished.  Therefore, everyone has to hurry.  Modem even skips her interview at Boss' company and lies that she feels unwell.  Light also falls for the lie and follows Boss and Modem to the hospital.  Meanwhile, Ray is on a roll due to the viral phrase.  

Modem finds Ray sitting in their old classroom and she wants to clear things up with Ray.  Ray reveals what she really thinks about Modem.  But then, Toom calls and tells her that there is a video clip of her and Modem fighting at the party.  Ray believes it's Modem's act.  Meanwhile, another pearl is still missing.  So, Modem and Wifi have to find it.  

Modem and Light have forgotten about each other because Modem's lost the necklace Light gave her at the cursed Dirty Beach.  Meanwhile, Light's admirer, Ray, appeared.  Wifi finds out about the cursed beach and has to find the lost necklace before Modem and Light lose their memory about each other forever.  

Light is starting to remember about his past.  He and Modem start searching for Light's father and find out that he is actually somebody close to him.  TO spare Light from the cruel truth, that person uses magic to erase his identity, making everyone forget about him.  Modem, then, asks Light to drink the spell breaking tea to find out whether their relationship is real.  Light drinks the tea and thanks Modem for helping him lift the love spell.  

After Light drinks the spell breaking tea, Light and Modem break up.  Modem's so heartbroken that she cannot do anything.  Meanwhile, Light tries to adjust to his life while processing all the memories he has.  After that, Boss asks Modem to help him with a new project which brings them closer together.  While trying to get over her broken heart, Modem doesn't know that Boss has hidden his secret from her all along.  

Boss is actually Cupid, an angel of love who has a mission to make Modem and Light fall in love with each other.  However, He falls in love with Modem at first sight and fails to accomplish his mission.  Cupid tries to negotiate with Heaven that if he can make Modem fall in love with him, they can be together forever.  But when Modem meets Light again she knows who she really has feelings for.  After that, Light asks Modem to meet at their old school but Cupid uses the love potion to make Modem fall in love with him. 

Boss asks Modem to have a date with him at his house the night she and Light have promised to meet.  Because of the love potion, Modem forgets about the promise and goes on a date with Boss.  Light is so heartbroken and leaves for a new journey on searching for a new purpose in life.  Meanwhile, Boss sets up a company trip in order to ask Modem to be his girlfriend.  Due to the trip, Modem meets Light by accident and that makes her hesitate about her feelings.  

Boss asks Modem to be his girlfriend.  She says yes but can't stop crying.  Boss then realizes that he's not the one for her and lets her go.  Modem follows Light trying to talk everything out with him.  Although Light doesn't listen, Modem is still persistent.  She tells him all the truth in her heart.  THen, the two reconcile and start dating.  Meanwhile, Boss comes to say goodbye to Modem but he ends up leaving without doing so.  

After Light and Modem start dating each other everyone seems happy.  Suddenly, one day The Council of Magic sends someone to see Auntie Shell to deliver an arrest warrant for Modem because the lost pearls have caused many people to become aware of magic which is illegal in the magic world.  However, in order to help Modem, Auntie Shell offers then to take her instead.  

Three months after Modem decides to erase her identity using the magic tea just like Uncle Hoy did, She's trying to start a new life and try to win the people that she loves back bit by bit. Little did she know that there's still a secret weapon that once she accidentally created. Will her loved ones ever remember her again?
