F*ck That's Delicious chronicles the life and eating habits of rap's greatest bon vivant, Action Bronson. With the help of his long-time friends and collaborators Meyhem Lauren and Big Body Bes, Action shows us that life is meant to be enjoyed as much as possible.
In this episode, Action Bronson visits his old friend Billy Durney at the Red Hook Tavern. Billy and his team treat Action to everything from Cosmo's to Steak Au Poivre made with Cambodian peppercorns. We also hear the story of the restaurant's legendary cheeseburger that took Billy eight months to perfect while sipping on incredible wines.

Then, we headed over to Saigon Social in the Lower East Side for a round of delicious appetizers before tasting a one-of-a-kind banh mi burger. Using those ingredients, we headed to the studio and created the ultimate tasting session of sides inspired by Action's childhood food favorites. LA, we're back! This time, we're on the hunt for the best Korean food in the city. First up, we stopped by Koreatown for the classic kimbap. Then, we headed over to Yu Chan for their take on ice soup, a recipe that can be traced back to the 1300's. Hibi provided the ultimate summer drinks, from matcha white strawberry soda to a pear and soju cocktail, alongside unique bites of flavors like geoduck. The hunt for the ultimate alt burger isn't over yet. On this episode of FTD, Action Bronson continues his search in New York City. First up, we headed over to Zaab Zaab in the Lower East Side for some Thai flavor fusion with dishes like their rice burger. We continued our journey in Queens at Mama Yoshi's Mini Mart, where we tried their signature natto burger made with fermented soybeans. Finally, we went to Burger City, a classic American-style burger joint with the classics: mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and cheeseburgers.Enjoy!
This week, we're reflecting on some of the best food and fitness moments from FTD. First up, we recall an early Sunday morning training session with former Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia, followed by a day of playing handball and grilling in the park. Later, we returned to that same gym where Action grilled a stuffed calamari right out of the back of a car in the parking lot. Finally, we revisit a day filled with boxing and indulging in fresh cacao and chocolate treats.
