Now he feels it's the right time to delve into each other's repertoire with six other singers and Paul isn't the only one excited...

In episode three of Beste Zangers, Bente, the youngest of the group, takes the center stage.

Today's episode will be all about Typhoon. The rapper, singer and inspirer shares his story of deep depression, his love for his wife Marie and his unwavering faith for god. His friend Bente deeply touches him with an impressive song while Jacqueline makes her own version of a song he holds very dear.

Thomas Acda and Paul de Munnik were previously asked to participate, but they say they were never able to because they would have had to perform alone. Though they finally made it work!

Laetitia Gerards is probably the most unknown singer of the group as an oprah singer and the others have to get out of their comfort zone in order to impress her.

The final episode of Beste Zangers 2024 traditionally focuses on duets with a fellow colleague of the group. What kind of songs will pop up?

Karin Bloemen kicks off as the main guest. The cabaret artist, comedian, comedienne but above all singer has been in the business for more than 40 years. Her fellow musicians have delved deep into her extensive repertoire to surprise Karin.

Claude is the central figure. This sympathetic singer, originally from Congo, has been an indispensable part of the stage since his Ladada. Do his musical colleagues dare to sing in French as well?

It is Matthijn Buwalda's evening. Matthijn sings beautiful Dutch meaningful songs and writes all of his songs himself. Matthijn from Apeldoorn was raised religiously and faithly, which still plays an important role in his life. How will the other artists interpret Matthijn's repertoire?

Sera de Bruin, or SERA, is next. This singer has a special start to her career. It started in a dark parking lot in a car where she could be seen singing on TikTok and Instagram. Her first performance was on Cristiano Ronaldo's birthday. She covered songs that quickly reached millions of people online. What is Sera's story? And what songs will her fellow singers sing?

Her name may not ring a bell, but her band's probably will. Rikki Borgelt is the singer of Rondé and with the band she scored hits like 'Bright eyes', 'Love myself' and 'Hard to say goodbye'. In this episode of Beste Zangers she is the focus.

Country Singer Hannah Mae is sung to by her fellow colleagues. Hannah Mae made her break through to the general public with a song that was displayed during a supermarket's commercial. Now she writes many beautiful songs, but which of these songs will be performed?

The super musical, identical twins Sander and Arnout know each other inside and out. Together they form the duo Tangarine. How will the Beste Zangers put the brothers' polyphonic songs in their own jacket?

The final episode of Beste Zangers 2024 traditionally focuses on duets.

Douwe Bob, famous for his Rock&Roll attitude, will be the first artists to be honoured in this new season.

Today's episode will be about Mell. The leadsinger of Mell & Vintage Future, even though not well known in her own country, many singers believe she deserve a chance to shine and to be honoured by other singers.

Marco Bakker, a Dutch opera singer famous for his Baritone, will be honoured by his colleagues. As of this season, he is also the eldest candidate ever to take part of De Beste Zangers.

The singer that will be honoured in this episode will be Duncan Laurance, a Dutch singer-songwriter who made his career via ''The Voice of Holland'' and winning the Eurovision Song Contest of 2019.

Numidia, a Moroccan-Dutch singer, will be honoured in this episode.

Meau is honoured in today's episde. A singer-songwriter who took the liberty to promote herself by calling a radio station live to ask and build her career based on that.

What music do you play if burned out? What song do you listen to give you hope and power? All artists will choose and perform their power songs.

As a traditional conclusion to this season, the candidates will perform a duet with each other. Douwe Bob, Mell, Duncan Laurence, Numidia, Nick Schilder, Meau and Marco Bakker have a musical surprise in store for each other.

Roxanne will do the honours of the first episode of season 15 in which the music is all about her and her past.

Blanks will be the honoured guest of today's episode as a gift to his birthday, yet he is not aware of this as he's expecting Jaap to be the one.

Claudia de Breij will be honoured by the guests. With a versatile cast, one can expect a huge variety of songs and genres.

Sing-Songwriter Nielson will be the star of Episode 4 in which it is all about him!

X-Factor Winner Jaap Reesema had a tough time breaking through in the Netherlands, but somehow made it's way to the Belgian music scene. Eventually he made it to the Dutch music scene, which landed him a spot among the ''Beste Zangers'' and today it's all about his life and career told by his music. 

All the lights will be on Brazilian Sarita when her story is told by the music she created or loved. Will her fellow colleagues even try to gamble with the Portuguese language as a surprise to her?

Ferdi will be the main star for this episode. Not as active as he used to be in the past, but Ferdi Bolland is a very famous figure in the Dutch music industry.

With the final episode of season 15, it's time for our members to team up and surprise us with songs.

In this episode, Roel van Velzen will be the highlist of the show and his colleagues will sing songs of him or his memories.

Today's episode will be all about Hendrik Jan Bökkers, a regional singer.

The last episode of this season will be the famous duets. Each singer may choose a song of their choosing with a partner on the sofa they'd like to duet with.

After a long wait, the first episode of season 13 will be kicking off with Suzan & Freek being central.

In this second episode of Beste Zangers, it will all be about rapper, singer and songwriter Diggy Dex.

Sanne Hans, also known as Miss Montreal, can now relax on the comfy sofa, because it's all about her in this third episode of Season 13.

In this fourth episode, the spotlights will be on power woman Tabitha. The singer fell in love with music at a very young age and shines at every chance she is given.

Today's episode will be all about singer Stef Bos. A language artist of Dutch origin, but currently residing in South Africa and Belgium. The nestor of the group. Week after week he manages to touch the group with his beautiful performances of the most beautiful songs. Will his colleagues be able to touch him too with his own songs?

The Belgian singer-songwriter has shown that he can master other people's songs, but this week the tables have turned and it is up to the other singers to give their own twist to his well-known pop songs and acoustic songs. Can his colleagues move Milow with his own numbers?

Wulf is central in the 7th episode of this season. He is really looking forward to it, but as the evening approaches, he feels the nerves building up

All singers have been featured and that means only one thing: the duets episode!

The smiley opera- and musicalsinger Henk Poort from Amsterdam was surprised by colleagues of him with very beautiful songs. Everyone chose a song with a special meaning to Henk.

It's up to Samantha Steenwijk to decide who won tonight after being sung to by the other best singer.

Rolf Sanchez brings some latin vibes. This young reggaeton-singer gained a lot of reputation in Latin America with his summer salsa and reggaeton-music. Emma Heesters brings a very cheerful version of El Universo for Rolf. Our smiley Rolf will show his sensitive sides, which is party caused by Henk Poort who covers a very beautiful song of Nino Bravo for him.

Floor Jansen, the lead singer of the Finnish symphonic metalband Nightwish, is today's main guest. A hard challenge for her colleagues to cover her style. Emma manages to stir Floor her feelings with her version of Strong (After Forever) and Samantha will sing the number ''Our Decades in the Sun'' in Dutch.

Singer-songwriter Ruben Annink will be sung by his colleagues. It promises to become a very musical night, but it is not strange when we are digging into his repertoire. Floor Jansen will bring an English version of his song ''Va de Liefde weet ik niets' and Emma created her own version of ''Wie ze (hij) was''.

This episode will be all about Emma Heesters. This 23 year old singer has her own YouTube channel in which she covers a song regularly. With a staggering 1.5 million subscribers, she is one of the biggest Youtube Cover channels in the Netherlands. Henk Poort will bring himself out of his comofrt by singing his own version of Despacito and Samantha Steenwijk sings a very personal song for Emma from her past. Floor Jansen will give goosebumps to all contestants by singing her version of Shallow.

Tim Akkerman brings rock to the stage of ''De Beste Zangers'. The former frontman of The Haque's rockband Di-Rect is today's subject. Samantha will open with her version of the song ''Just the Way I Do''. But even after his time with Di-Rect, he wrote and sang a lot of beautiful numbers. The man who says he can't cry, is having a hard time when Floor Jansen performs the number ''Winner'', A song he wrote for his brother...

The final episode of season 12 and every singer is allowed to perform a duet with another singer of his choice. It results in seven beautiful duets. Rolf Sanchez and Samantha Steenwijk will sing ''No me Ames'' together and Henk Poort will do the powerful song ''Phantom of the Opera'' together with Floor Jansen.
