Julia Bradbury's Wonders of the Frozen South follows Julia Bradbury on a remarkable 23-day expedition itinerary through the Southern Ocean, travelling to some of the world's most remote and awe-inspiring regions, including the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and Antarctica.

Sailing aboard HX Expeditions' purpose-built expedition ship MS Fram, Julia journeys from the tip of South America, encountering dramatic landscapes, rare wildlife and resilient communities shaped by one of Earth's harshest environments.

Each episode focuses on a distinct destination, with the first episode set in the Falkland Islands, the second travelling to the wildlife-rich island of South Georgia, and the final episode culminating in Antarctica itself.
