Sixteen of the nation's most talented chefs step into Padma Lakshmi's fiercely competitive arena to battle it out for the $1 million prize.

The chefs head to the farm, where they must break down a massive 250-plus-pound hind saddle of beef, then transform their cuts into unforgettable dishes for more than 100 meat-loving guests at the inaugural America's Culinary Cup Carnivore Classic.

The remaining chefs leave the pantry behind to harvest the ingredients that will decide their fate and then return to the Penthouse to face the Sustainability Commandment. Their challenge: transform farm‑fresh produce alongside hyper‑sustainable ingredients like ants and mussels into bold, elevated dishes. When the scores are tallied, the bottom two chefs are pushed into a ruthless head‑to‑head, cooking one final time using only discarded scraps and leftovers.

The competition reaches a boiling point as the top 10 chefs battle it out in a full-scale Tournament of Sauces. Across three relentless rounds, the tournament reveals who truly understands the backbone of great cooking and who's out for revenge.

The remaining chefs face off in teams of three to deliver a vegetarian three-course menu to a dinner party of elite guests from the culinary world. The catch? Each chef must stay within the parameters of their vegetable family, with one lucky chef creating an all-vegetable dessert. After plates are cleared and scores tallied, the bottom team must turn against each other in a three way showdown where one chef is sent home.

At the halfway point of the competition, the final eight competitors must each create two desserts, one heavenly and one devilish, using a shocking forbidden ingredient chosen by their rivals. Chefs must vote who's most likely to win and who's most likely to lose which shakes up the competition and causes tempers to simmer.

The commandment of culinary science and technology not only pushes the chefs to merge food and science, but battle in the most strategic cook off yet. The chefs will showcase different molecular gastronomy techniques while creating as many dishes as they can in five hours, begging the questions: Who will win an advantage in the next commandment? Who will go home? And how many dishes can the judges eat?

The commandments have always kept the chefs on their toes, but this week it's time to stay consistent. Whipping up 30 identical fish dishes may be a team effort, but when push comes to shove, it's every chef for themselves as they scramble to deliver what the judges are looking for in record time – and one competitor isn't egg-actly successful.

Three hours. Three dishes. Three different nations. And the remaining five chefs must prepare a global cuisine to impress a table of judges so intimidating, even the coolest of chefs start to crack under the pressure. At the end, one chef will stand alone at the top of the world, and another is sent on a one-way trip home.

Tonight, a champion will be crowned and walk away with the largest cash prize in culinary history: $1 million. With pressure at an all-time high, the three remaining chefs must face their most daunting commandment yet: innovation. The chefs must reimagine signature dishes from legendary guest judges Eric Ripert, Suzanne Goin and Daniela Soto-Innes. After the chef with the lowest score is eliminated, the final two serve their own three-course menu that puts their past, present and future on the plate in hopes to win $1 million.
