Eagerly awaited, the JTF 16 unit in the Far North has seen its mission compromised. Allan Craig and Louis-Philippe Savard have been repatriated separately. Craig, who returns with a hostage, is convinced that the Russians had been warned by a double agent within the base. Savard secretly brings back a highly dangerous element, which he conceals. The two officers recount what happened to Chief of Staff Drouin. Holed up at home during the mission, Maria is urgently called to treat a wounded man. She fears more than ever that she will be the target of her father's murderers.

Dallaire leads the JTF-16 unit tasked with eliminating a Middle Eastern commander. The soldiers are nervous as the critical moment quickly approaches. A rift has grown between Louis-Philippe and his son since their return from the North. However, Ivan has gained the trust of Colonel Craig, who entrusts him with a delicate mission. Louis-Philippe wants to meet secretly with American Ambassador Mark Kittle to share some extremely important information.

Louis-Philippe negotiates with U.S. Ambassador Kittle, but mistrust reigns. Craig is determined to get the mercenary brought back from the Far North to talk. He warmly congratulates Dallaire and briefs him on upcoming missions. Olivier Laroche questions Catherine Sergerie as part of his investigation. Ivan remains estranged from his parents since leaving home. Maria begs Louis-Philippe to convince him to accept an invitation for a family dinner.

How did the Russians get their hands on an American warhead brought back from the Far North? Louis-Philippe believes the mercenary tortured by Craig and Dallaire knows something about it, but will he be able to convince him to talk using other methods? Rose Girard, who has recently started working for Gabrielle, makes it clear to her partner that he is highly suspected. Louis-Philippe encourages Audrey Durand to persevere in her attempt to join JTF16.

The imprisoned mercenary rekindles the rivalry between Craig and Savard. Dr. Hamel, who operated on Metellus, shares some disturbing information with Maria. Gabrielle interrogates Milot and asks Rose to join her. Realizing that his accomplice's wife is in the military police, Milot redoubles his efforts to convince him to become more closely involved in his trafficking. Gabrielle accepts an invitation from the stranger who helped her with her flat tire.

Craig's past resurfaces when he explains to Ivan why he's keeping him away from combat. Savard asks Craig to attend an emergency meeting with Ambassador Kittle. Audrey returns to the camp to challenge Jean-Moïse Caron to a wrist-to-arm shoot. Thomas Dallaire appears in civilian clothes at a meeting of distressed former soldiers. He takes the opportunity to vent.

Savard shares sensitive information with Gabrielle, asking her to be vigilant. Colonel Craig assigns Ivan Savard new responsibilities related to drones, and he also has new plans for Thomas Dallaire. General Héloïse Drouin, who is leading high-level negotiations with the Americans, is surprised by their attitude. She believes there's something fishy going on and talks to Savard about it.

She asks Colonel Gérard Trudel, Savard's mentor, to accompany her to Kanawata to see what he's up to, as she distrusts the Americans. Rose and Dad face a difficult dilemma. Craig is irritated when Nour Bensouda calls to tell him that an old acquaintance has asked him to meet her at the bar. Thomas Dallaire impresses the paramilitaries with his courage.

Ivan is becoming increasingly dominant, which doesn't sit well with Caron. Audrey tells Ivan she'd like to be part of his unit. Trudel explains to Savard what's undermining Héloïse Drouin's trust in him. In a meeting, Ambassador Kittle and Defense Minister Burgess explain that the situation with the Russians in the Far North is becoming more complicated. She warns Louis-Philippe that she won't let him or Craig interfere with her work. Ivan asks his mother for a huge favor. Colonel Craig is starting to lose patience with Jean-Moïse Caron, who is losing control of his impulsiveness. Thomas Dallaire is faced with a difficult decision.

Kim is in charge. She interrogates Daniel Colin and has the headquarters evacuated for a search. She doesn't hold back in telling Louis Philippe exactly what she thinks. He shares a secret with Jean-Michel, Gabrielle's husband. He needs his expertise. Gabrielle gets an unpleasant surprise when she returns home after work. Kim tells Chief of Staff Drouin that Savard is lacking firmness in his management of the base and that this weakness is having consequences. Gabrielle agrees to see Christopher Roy again, who asks her to give him one last chance to start a relationship with her. Marcel Leblond sees his cousin, who has just been released from prison. Ivan urges his father to sign the divorce papers as soon as possible.

The theft of the Chinese diamonds continues to haunt Ivan, who will have to answer for his actions. Louis-Philippe tells Craig he is close to discovering the location of Stavisky's camp. Louis-Philippe is stunned when Kim demands he give her access to his computer. Colonel Craig asks Gabrielle to meet him in the officers' mess. He wants to talk to her about Christopher Roy, who hasn't been heard from in some time. Tensions continue to escalate between Dallaire and Caron. Louis-Philippe is seriously worried about losing his job imminently. He receives a call from Héloïse Drouin, who urges him to get his personal life in order as soon as possible.

A murder on the base forces Colonel Craig to hand over leadership to Louis-Philippe Savard. He will now have to concentrate on the JTF 16 unit of which the victim was a part. Everything opposes him to Savard who has a totally different vision of the army.

Louis-Philippe Savard, already in hot water, must answer for his actions. Dallaire continues to focus on recruits. His excesses reach the ears of Savard who intends to demonstrate that times are changing, but he will have a lot to do.

Savard asks Kim from the military police to help him with a personal matter. The recruits have had enough of Rose's attitude and mandate Mick to take charge. Craig tells Savard that Dallaire will stay on base, whether he likes it or not.

Impressed by Mick's skills, Craig puts him to the test to test his loyalty. He is ready to do anything to gain access to JTF 16. Kim, who has an ambiguous relationship with Wesley, is forced to carry out a mission that concerns him.

Another soldier is found almost dead, Savard absolutely wants to know what happened. He takes all means to achieve this, even if it puts Kim in danger. Mick is in demand from all sides. Savard's family arrives in Kanawata.

A lost ball during an exercise causes quite a stir in the recruit camp. Kim shares information about her brother with Wesley. Aiden troubles Mick with revelations. Craig is keen to win this one over for good.

Kim begins to suspect what really happened to Xavier Augustin. She is on a trail and asks Savard to come join her in the middle of nowhere. Mick embarrasses himself during an exercise and he will have to mend his ways.

Kim and Savard make a grisly discovery and argue about what action to take. As the noose tightens on Wesley, Foster seeks Savard's help for a delicate and controversial operation.

Wesley confides several of the compromising secrets to Kim and Savard. He leaves quickly knowing that his life is in danger. Mick is surprised to be summoned by the military police. Savard makes other revelations to Inspector Laroche.

Kim and Savard share what they found with Laroche before he met Wesley. There is tension in the air. Last day of training for the recruits who, one by one, complete the obstacle course.

Circumstances force Savard to assume great responsibilities. The chief of staff is forced to take a break to find Craig who has disappeared. Padre Leblond might have an idea where he is, Foster calls on him.

The Americans want to entrust a delicate mission in Palestine to the JTF 16 unit. On the eve of an important meeting on the subject, Héloïse Drouin asks Savard to ensure that Colonel Craig is present.

Colonel Craig receives American Ambassador Mark Kittle at the Whitestone premises. He offers him the services of his parallel troops. Savard asks Kim to suspend her investigation into Craig because we can't do without him for the moment.

Colonel Craig is summoned to explain himself in a meeting chaired by Héloïse Drouin. He will have to reintegrate his group into the Forces, otherwise it will be Court Martial. Savard does his best to make him listen to reason. What will his decision be?

Graduated, Ivan returns to base and announces to his father that he wants to join the JTF16 unit. He is far from being the only one. Craig warns those concerned that hell awaits them. Only those who will be able to perform despite the worst abuse will be retained.

Ivan impresses Colonel Craig with his determination. Will he authorize him to continue his course even if Savard asked him to fail? When going to find Dallaire, Caron is surprised to see that he is in the company of Craig.

Dallaire's Hell Week is launched. Handicapped by his shoulder, Mick has to work hard. Ivan impresses during his physical assessment. 11 candidates failed. Dallaire lives up to his reputation by imposing other tests on the 19 who remain.

Savard shows total solidarity with his wife suspected of espionage. They develop a plan to trap Dasha Morozova who blackmails her by threatening her father with the worst abuse.

Savard and Craig argue for creating a team dedicated to neutralizing the infiltrations. Héloïse Drouin is not keen on the idea. Craig has been informed of Kim's efforts to pin the blame for Wesley's death on him. How will he react?

Although they must work together, Craig and Savard remain very suspicious. They differ in particular in opinion on the attitude to adopt towards the three suspects including Sofiane Lecours, an infantry soldier finalist for the JTF-16 unit.

Returning home after Hell Week, Ivan has a bitter confrontation with his parents. As the game of hide-and-seek with the Russians intensifies, Héloïse Drouin summons Savard to entrust him with a mission of the utmost importance.

Once again, Savard and Craig are at complete odds. They disagree on how to proceed in a highly complex operation. The moment of reckoning is approaching for JTF-16.
