In the kick-off challenge race through Garden City, the teams will follow clues in hopes of reaching the pier first to win a top advantage: choosing their preferred beach house and assigning the other two properties to the competitors. As the season continues, the teams will design more vacation-worthy rooms, including the kitchens, dining rooms, main suites, guest bedrooms, bathrooms and exteriors.
