Zahra Ahmadi

British television actor Zahra Ahmadi first made her mark portraying Shabnam Masood in the long-running BBC soap opera EastEnders from 2007 to 2008. She further demonstrated her range with a recurring role in the comedy series Count Arthur Strong and an appearance in the Black Mirror episode San Junipero. Ahmadi later took on the role of Mehreen Askari-Evans in the TV series Betrayal and joined the cast of the popular crime drama Death in Paradise as DS Esther Williams.
