Billy Ray Cyrus established a notable television acting career across several networks. He starred as Dr. Clint Cassidy in the medical drama Doc on PAX TV for five seasons, from 2001 to 2004. Cyrus then gained widespread recognition portraying Robby Ray Stewart, the father of the titular character, in the Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana for over 100 episodes. Later, he returned to a starring role as Vernon Brownmule in the CMT series Still the King.
