As a prominent television actor, Tracie Thoms is widely recognized for her role as homicide detective Kat Miller on the CBS crime drama Cold Case, appearing in over 100 episodes from 2005 to 2010. Beyond her five seasons on Cold Case, Thoms continued to appear in various TV series, including recurring roles as Dr. Jessica Preston on The Good Doctor and Dr. Diane Lewis on Station 19. Her extensive television work also includes performances as Karen Wilson in 9-1-1, Maureen Johnson in Rent: Live on Fox, and Agent A.J. Johnson in Truth Be Told.
