Jane Hazlegrove

Jane Hazlegrove began her television acting career in the 1980s, appearing in the 1984 drama Threads and later as Michelle in the BBC series Making Out. She became a familiar face to viewers across the UK through her long-running portrayal of paramedic Kathleen 'Dixie' Dixon in the BBC medical drama Casualty, a role she inhabited for over a decade. Following her departure from Casualty, Hazlegrove joined the cast of the ITV soap opera Coronation Street as Bernie Winter-Alahan, while also making appearances in other popular TV series such as The Bill and Doctors.
