Rodger Bumpass

Known for his distinctive voice, Rodger Bumpass built an extensive television acting career primarily in animation. He is most recognized as the voice of Squidward Tentacles on Nickelodeon's long-running animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, a role he originated in 1999. Beyond Bikini Bottom, Bumpass lent his vocal talents to numerous other animated TV series, including Professor Membrane in Invader Zim, Dr. Light in Teen Titans, and various characters across The Powerpuff Girls and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. His versatile work as a television actor also includes early live-action appearances on shows like An Evening at the Improv.
