Sean O'Kane

Beginning his television acting career, Sean O'Kane gained recognition for his role as The Interceptor in the 2015 BBC One series The Interceptor. He further expanded his presence on screen with significant roles like Garda Brian McGonigle in the Virgin Media One drama Red Rock from 2015 to 2016, and later as Detective Inspector Liam O'Rourke in RTÉ One's long-running soap Fair City across 2018 and 2019. O'Kane also appeared as Jarl Hrolf in the historical drama Vikings and played Sergeant Damien O'Sullivan in the RTÉ One crime drama Smother, which ran from 2021 to 2023, showcasing his versatility in various TV series.
