She notably portrayed Hilda Spellman on the popular ABC and The WB sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch, appearing in 163 episodes from 1996 to 2003. Her versatile voice acting brought to life Linda Flynn-Fletcher in the animated Disney Channel hit Phineas and Ferb, a role she voiced across 222 episodes. Rhea also featured as Grandma Judy in the Disney Channel sitcom Sydney to the Max and made recurring guest appearances in comedies such as Mom.
