Catherine Lloyd Burns

Catherine Lloyd Burns established herself as a television actor in the mid-1990s, notably as a main cast member on the Comedy Central sketch series Exit 57 from 1995 to 1996. She gained wider recognition for her portrayal of the eccentric English teacher Caroline Miller in 16 episodes of the Fox sitcom Malcolm in the Middle during its first two seasons. Her career continued with diverse roles, including a correspondent stint on The Daily Show and a recurring part as Gail in the TBS/HBO Max dark comedy Search Party.
