Bae Yong Jun began his television acting career in 1994, appearing as Ha Seok Ju in A Sunny Place of the Young and later as Seong Chan Woo in the popular series First Love. He gained widespread international recognition for his role as Kang Joon-sang in the 2002 drama Winter Sonata, a pivotal series in the Hallyu wave, and also played Sin Dong Hyeok in Hotelier and Damdeok in The Legend. Expanding his involvement in television production, Bae Yong Jun later served as a Creative Producer and Producer for the TV series Dream High.
