Pam Ferris

Pam Ferris has enjoyed a prolific television career spanning several decades, gaining early recognition for her role as Ma Larkin in the popular early 1990s series The Darling Buds of May. She later starred as Laura Thyme in the ITV detective drama Rosemary & Thyme, appearing in 22 episodes across three series from 2003 to 2006. Ferris continued to be a familiar face on British television, notably portraying Sister Evangelina in the BBC's Call the Midwife for 44 episodes and appearing as Baba in the crime drama Luther.
