Kim Sae Ron began her extensive television career as a child actor, notably starring as young Bong Woo-ri in the 2011 series Can You Hear My Heart. She further established her talent in TV dramas like The Queen's Classroom in 2013, where her portrayal of Kim Seo-hyun earned her a Best Young Actress award at the MBC Drama Awards. Her versatile acting continued with roles such as Lee Seul-bi in Hi! School: Love On, Princess Yeon-hee/Seo-ri in Mirror of the Witch, and Kang Young Ae in the KBS drama Snowy Road, for which she also received a Best Young Actress award.
