Rich Koz

Rich Koz has built a remarkable television career primarily as the iconic horror host Svengoolie, a role he first took on in 1979 as Son of Svengoolie on WFLD Chicago. After a hiatus, Koz revived the character as Svengoolie in 1995, eventually bringing the popular horror movie showcase to a national audience on MeTV in 2011, where he also serves as an Executive Producer. His enduring portrayal of Svengoolie has also led to guest appearances as the character on other TV series, marking over four decades of his unique contributions to television as both a television actor and Executive Producer.
