George Sewell
Beginning his extensive television career in the early 1960s, George Sewell became a familiar face on British screens. He was widely recognized for his portrayal of Detective Chief Inspector Frank Haskins in the popular police drama Special Branch, a role he played across 33 episodes from 1969 to 1974. Sewell also took on other notable parts, including Commander Alec Peters in the science fiction series UFO and Robert Palmer in the comedy-drama Home James!, showcasing his range.
