A prominent figure in American television, Meredith Vieira established a diverse TV career as a television actor and Producer, Executive Producer, notably serving as a moderator on ABC's The View from 1997 to 2006. She then transitioned to NBC, where she co-hosted the Today show from 2006 to 2011, earning multiple Daytime Emmy Awards for her work. Vieira also hosted the syndicated game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire for over a decade, and later hosted her own daytime talk show, The Meredith Vieira Show, before taking on the dual role of host and Executive Producer for the game show 25 Words or Less.
