Sally Lindsay built a notable television acting career in the United Kingdom, gaining widespread recognition as Shelley Unwin in the long-running ITV soap opera Coronation Street from 2001 to 2006. Following this, she showcased her versatility as Alison Bailey in the popular ITV crime drama Scott & Bailey, appearing in 32 episodes between 2011 and 2016. Her extensive television work further includes lead roles such as Lisa Johnson in the Sky One comedy-drama Mount Pleasant and Jean White in the Channel 5 series The Madame Blanc Mysteries. Beyond scripted drama, Lindsay has also served as a panellist on the ITV daytime talk show Loose Women and narrated the Channel 5 series 22 Kids and Counting.
